According to Shah Ahmad from Channel 4 News,
“RENO, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) — One of Reno’s newest master planned communities is finally opening to the public this month. Rancharrah, a 141-acre master planned community, welcomed its first resident this week.
Roger Reinke, a retired engineer and electronics company owner, moved into his home earlier this month. He has been dubbed the Mayor of Tancharrah and lives in the first custom home to be completed in the luxury community.
In total, the community will include seven residential villages with 611 residential units. Rancharrah will also feature dozens of commercial and retail opportunities.”
Reno Land Inc, which purchased the land back in 2015, is now focusing on the completion of the club at Rancharrah.
The former Harrah mansion will serve as a social and recreational hub where members can gather with family and friends. Club amenities will include fine dining, spa and wellness, fitness facilities, and golf membership opportunities.”
The full completion of Rancharrah is about four years out, according to Joel Grace, the Vice President of Development for Reno Land Inc.”
